What is the profile ID Profile id is selected by user during the
Registration process. Each profile has a unique name and can consist of letters
and numbers. The profile id should be given to the prospective matches.
How do I login
1. Sign on to www.matrimonyconnection.com
2. Under the member login section, enter your email address used for
registration and password and click on login button
What should I do if I forgot my Password ?
Visit www.matrimonyconnection.com
and click on Forgot password link in the home page and enter your email address. Your password will be emailed to you.
How to Reset my password?

• Login using your "Email address" and "Password"
• Under "My Profile" section in the navigation, Click on "Manage Security".
• Enter your old password.
• Enter your new password and confirm the same. "

How do I check my messages sent to customer support?

What is My Activity Chart?
This is the page that gives you detailed summary of your activity on the website.
What if I am having problems uploading pictures OR if the pictures are larger than 100kb?
Please email your pictures to support@matrimonyconnection.com with subject line PHOTO UPLOAD, and include your Profile Id in the email
Membership Features and Options? All membership profiles are Free. Our Free package includes

A new Membership takes 24 hours for validation purposes. After validation the
membership will be activated. Members are prohibited to give their contact
information or any vulgar, obscene text, pictures in their profiles. Such
profiles will be rejected.
How can a profile stand out?
• Adding Photos to Profile, a description of themselves and set partner
preferences
• Make the best first impression by giving some details about themselves
and what they can offer and describe what they want from their prospective
matches
How to Modify Profile?
1. Visit www.matrimonyconnection.com
• Login using your "Email address" and "Password"
• Under the "My Profile" section in the navigation, Click on the "Edit
Profile" option.
• You can modify the profile contents that are displayed and confirm it by
Clicking on the "Modify Profile" button.
How long does it take to reflect the modified profile?
It will take 24 hours for completing the validation process.
What are the restrictions for modifications The member cannot modify
certain fields on page as marked.
How do I Contact other members?
You can only contact members of opposite Gender

Click on "Express intrest" link send your interest in the other member.

Wait till you see notification
or
icon on the members profile that you have expressed interest or in your
Interest Sent Mailbox.

If you see
icon on the members profile that you have expressed interest, "Contact Profile"
option will become available, you can start sending emails to members by clicking
on this icon.

If you see
icon on the members profile that you have expressed interest, The member is not
interested in your profile and there is no further communication between you
and the member unless the member changes his/her mind and approves your profile
from their Received Interests Mailbox at a later time.
Members initiating contact with you

You will receive an email notification about members interest in your profile.

Navigate to your Interests Received by clicking on My Activity-->
Interests Received in the navigation

Click
icon
on the received interest to accept the interest. or Click on
icon to decline interest. If you decline an members interest towards you, you
will still see the
icon besides the interest received, giving you the option to be able to accept
the interest in the future if you want to further communicate with that member.

You will also see visual icon indicators on search pages and members profile
pages with your communication status, if you or the member tried to establish
any communication channel.
What do some icons on the site mean?

This icon is for informational purposes only. This icon will appear if you have
expressed interest in a members profile, or if the member expressed interet in
your profile. note: This is the point where there is no further
communication until the other member accepts the Interest.
